  • All orders are hand-poured and carefully packaged.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Luxenny carefully packages each candle to prevent damage.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Luxenny is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
