Return & Refund Policy – Luxenny Candles

At Luxenny, we take pride in crafting high-quality, hand-poured candles designed to bring warmth and comfort to your space. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Luxennybusiness@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue. We may request the damaged item be returned to process your claim.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items).

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect candle, please request a refund and place a new order.

4. Shipping Damages

  • Luxenny is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit once the package leaves our facility, except in cases of carrier error.

  • We recommend keeping your shipping confirmation and tracking information for reference.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
