At Luxenny, we take pride in crafting high-quality, hand-poured candles designed to bring warmth and comfort to your space. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles for safety and hygiene reasons.
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Luxennybusiness@gmail.com.
Include your order number and photos of the issue. We may request the damaged item be returned to process your claim.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items).
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect candle, please request a refund and place a new order.
Luxenny is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit once the package leaves our facility, except in cases of carrier error.
We recommend keeping your shipping confirmation and tracking information for reference.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
